It's in a quiet, peaceful location but with easy access to the main road. The accommodation was spotless and the owner extremely friendly & helpful. There are a number of places to eat within a short radius of Marshals Barn. Just what we wanted for us to enjoy a very relaxing, get away from it all holiday.

Very relaxing surroundings, the cottage was very clean and would recomend it. Kids had a fantastic time, great location for exploring.

A fantastic location in Devon which is ideal for visiting the local towns and beaches. Nothing is too far away from this location!

The property is a converted barn and is a very pleasant and comfortable cottage. The owner met us on arrival but was working away during the week but his father came each day and was very pleasant and friendly. The location is perfect, about 200 yards from the A38 but you could have been in the middle of the country - quiet and peaceful but not remote - ideal for a get away from it holiday.

The cottage is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It has been built and maintained to a very high standard. It is very well situated for visits to Exmoor as well as the south coast of Devon and Dorset. We would highly recommend this cottage

I would recommend this accommodation. Its clean, beautifully decorated and in pleasant surroundings. The location is ideal for travelling to Somerset Devon and Cornwall. Well worth a repeat visit.
